THis season there are so many worthy charities to contribute to. In addition to the sweet Cookies for Kids Cancer, we would love to share some other ideas we have for teaching our children to be charitable this season!
Toys for Tots
The mission of the U. S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys during October, November and December each year, and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to needy children in the community in which the campaign is conducted.

Jacobs Cure
Jacob’s Cure is a non-profit foundation, created by a mothers passion to save the life of her son, Jacob, who is afflicted with Canavan disease, a devastating genetic brain disorder. Because of an enzyme deficiency, Canavan demyelinates the brain. Jacob is essentially trapped in his body. Without intervention, Jacob will lose his sight, his ability to swallow, may be stricken with seizures, become too weak to fight off illness and die within the first decade of his life.

This year, while we embrace the gift of giving, shouldn’t we also teach our children the value of giving in the midst of so much getting? Finding one or two gifts that have sentimental and lifelong value can have a lasting effect; so can teaching them through example to be charitable.
With so many charities in need, perhaps spend time baking with your family and friends to hold a bake sale and donate the funds to charity Cookies for Kids’ Cancer is a one most worthwhile charity that donates all proceeds of bake sales to pediatric cancer research. To satisfy a sweet tooth, the cookies also can be purchased and sent directly to your loved ones!

iceing on top got some air time on CBS 11 Texas “Baby Buzz” hottest products segment!! At the Metro Moms big moms night out event one lucky mom went home with a sweet Pear Iceing Pendant Necklace!! Check it out at online!

Iceing on top spread our jewels all over the Hamptons this weekend. We had a great time meeting lovely people and fans of iceing on top.
Thank you for coming by and trying on the line. It was so much fun to play with everyone!
We were so happy that so many of you walked away with the bangles, in all shapes! The boys id bracelets were a big hit too! We SOLD OUT of the knotted leathers!
All in all there was so much sweetness going around at Rose Jewelers. See you again soon and in the meantime visit us online for all the treats!

The Bubble NYC show took place August 2-4th at the Cedar House in Chelsea and iceing on top was there to show its delicious line of sweet jewelry treats!
Once again, Bubble chose an ultra-chic modern location for its exhibitors and attendees to enjoy all the lovely products.
We specifically crave the new line NellyStella. It is designed to catch the sparkling eyes of little girls while satisfying the discerning tastes of their parents. The collection takes a modern turn by introducing fresh and original approaches to everyday children’s wear. WE LOVED IT!!
We also loved Rickshaw Design hand block print crib bedding. These delicious fabrics and beautiful prints are soft as a baby. We both personally HAD to HAVE the elephant pillow.
Acme World Zoo is once again our only and favorite kutelight! These adorable creatures lit up the room and everyones faces too!
